Head east on H1.  Get in left lane as you pass Kaimuki.  Pass Kahala Mall.  Turn left on Ainakoa Street at the light where the freeway ends.  Take your first left on Aliikoa Street.  Drive into the parkig lot.  The church will be on your right.  The gym is located on the 2nd floor in the building straight ahead as you enter the parking lot.

 

From Hawaii Kai:



Head west on Kalanianaole Hwy.  Get in right lane as you pass Kalani H.S.  Turn right on Ainakoa Street just before the freeway starts.  Take your first left on Aliikoa Street.  Drive into the parkig lot.  The church will be on your right.  The gym is located on the 2nd floor in the building straight ahead as you enter the parking lot.
